Safety First

No Job is Important Enough to Risk a Life.

Our Safety Culture

At MEDSTEIN, we believe that a safe workplace is the foundation of high-quality production. Our Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) policy is built on a simple yet powerful principle: “Every employee has the right to return home healthy and safe at the end of the day.”

We do not view safety measures as a legal obligation, but as a humanitarian responsibility. Our goal is to create a sustainable “Zero Accident” culture across all our manufacturing units, from metal processing to assembly lines.

Key Implementation Strategies

1. ISO 45001 Compliance Our OHS management system is designed in accordance with the ISO 45001 international standard. We systematically identify, evaluate, and mitigate risks associated with our operations.

2. Proactive Risk Management We believe in prevention rather than reaction.

  • Risk Assessment: Before any new machine is installed or a new process is introduced, our safety engineers conduct a thorough risk analysis.
  • Regular Audits: We conduct daily internal inspections and periodic external audits to ensure all safety protocols are being followed.

3. Comprehensive Training & Drills Safety starts with awareness.

  • Onboarding Training: Every new employee undergoes mandatory safety training specific to their role before stepping onto the factory floor.
  • Emergency Preparedness: We regularly conduct fire drills, earthquake simulations, and first-aid workshops to ensure our team is ready for any emergency.

4. Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) We have a strict “No PPE, No Entry” policy in our production zones. MEDSTEIN provides high-quality protective gear (safety helmets, steel-toed boots, welding masks, protective eyewear) and mandates their usage at all times.

5. Employee Participation Safety is a team effort. We encourage our workers to report “near-miss” incidents and potential hazards immediately. We have an open communication channel where employees can suggest improvements to workplace safety without fear.

“At MEDSTEIN, safety is not a priority that changes; it is a core value that remains constant.”
