The Production Journey

1. Metal Processing & Shaping (The Backbone) Durability starts here. We utilize high-precision Laser Cutting Machines and CNC Tube Benders to shape the skeleton of our furniture.

  • Robotic Welding: To ensure structural integrity and seamless joints, we employ robotic welding arms. This guarantees that every bed frame and table is identical in strength and finish, eliminating human error in critical load-bearing areas.
  • High-Grade Steel: We strictly use certified, high-quality steel profiles that offer maximum resistance against mechanical stress.

2. Surface Treatment & Coating (The Shield) In a medical environment, corrosion resistance and hygiene are paramount.

  • Nano-Technology Pre-treatment: Before painting, metal parts undergo a rigorous chemical cleaning and nano-coating process to ensure perfect paint adhesion.
  • Electrostatic Powder Coating: We apply heavy-duty, anti-bacterial epoxy polyester powder coating. This creates a smooth, non-porous surface that is resistant to harsh hospital disinfectants and prevents rust, ensuring the product looks new for years.

3. Upholstery & Molded Foam (The Comfort) This is where patient comfort is engineered. MEDSTEIN uses high-density sponge and polyurethane molded foams designed for long-term ergonomic support.

  • Medical Grade Leather: Our upholstery is done using premium artificial leather that is anti-bacterial, anti-fungal, fire-retardant, and easy to clean.
  • Seamless Sewing: Our master craftsmen use specialized sewing techniques to minimize fluid penetration risks, meeting high hygiene standards.

4. Assembly & Quality Control (The Assurance) Before any product leaves our factory, it undergoes a strict “Final Check”.

  • Motor & Electronics Testing: Every electric actuator, handset, and control box is tested for smooth operation and load capacity.
  • Visual Inspection: A detailed check for any cosmetic imperfections or surface scratches.
  • Traceability: Each product is assigned a unique barcode/serial number, allowing us to trace its production history and raw material batch even years later.
